Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original research papers for GCAISD 2026. All submissions must follow the prescribed manuscript format and guidelines to ensure quality publication and smooth review process.

Manuscript Guidelines & Paper Submission

Please read the instructions carefully before preparing and submitting your manuscript.

Manuscript Preparation
  • Manuscript must be written in clear and readable English.
  • Use either American or British spelling consistently.
  • Use SI units and standard scientific terminology.
  • Ensure originality and avoid plagiarism.
Paper Format
  • Submit paper in Microsoft Word format.
  • Follow the official manuscript template.
  • Include title, author details, abstract, keywords, main text and references.
  • Clearly mention corresponding author details.
Figures & Tables
  • Figures should be clear and high resolution.
  • Minimum 300 dpi is recommended for color images.
  • Tables must be editable and not submitted as images.
  • Figure captions should appear below figures.
  • Table captions should appear above tables.
References
  • Cite only published or accepted references.
  • Ensure all in-text citations appear in the reference list.
  • References should be complete and accurate.
  • Arrange references alphabetically as per the template style.

Detailed Instructions

Authors must submit the complete manuscript in Word format. The submission must include full paper title, author names, affiliations, abstract, keywords, main content, references, tables and figures wherever applicable.

Submitted papers must report original and unpublished work. Papers under review elsewhere should not be submitted. Authors are responsible for permissions related to copyrighted figures, tables or reproduced materials.

Accepted and quality-reviewed papers will be considered for publication in CRC Press / Taylor & Francis book series, subject to scope, quality, review outcome and publisher requirements.

Images and figures should be submitted in high quality. Previously published materials must include proper source lines and permission details wherever required.
Note: Authors are advised to prepare their manuscript strictly according to the official template. Papers not following the prescribed format may be returned for correction.
